The Sensative Strips Guard 800 is a discreet Z-Wave 800 Series magnetic contact sensor for monitoring whether a door, window, gate or similar opening is open or closed. Its slim form factor allows it to be mounted in narrow spaces, including many window and door frames, so it can provide status monitoring without a bulky visible sensor.
It supports SmartStart and S2 security for use with compatible Z-Wave controllers. Sensative rates the built-in battery for around 10 years under normal recommended use, with actual battery life depending on network conditions, placement and usage.
