The Enterprise Video Recorder ENVR represents an advancement on Ubiquiti's previous NVR offerings (the UNVR and the UNVR-PRO), geared specifically towards enterprise-level installations. The ENVR can support 70 x 4K cameras or 210 x full-HD cameras recording simultaneously, and stores this footage by virtue of its 16 x HDD / SDD bays. For redundancy and resilience, the ENVR features 2 x hot-swappable PSUs to ensure that the surveillance network can still operate even in case of power failure, and can also utilise its multiple HDD/SSDs to support RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Discs) storage technology to protect against data loss. For network connectivity, the ENVR features 2 x 1/10G SFP+ ports for high-speed fibre uplinks, as well as 1 x 1/2.5/10G RJ45 port for Ethernet connections.
