The Ubiquiti Enterprise NVR (ENVR) is a 3U rack-mount recorder for large UniFi Protect deployments, with sixteen drive bays and high-speed network interfaces for substantial camera and storage workloads.
Supports up to 210 Full HD, 140 2K or 70 4K managed cameras.
Supports UniFi Protect, UniFi Access and UniFi Connect; up to 300 managed Access hubs are specified.
This is enterprise rack equipment intended for centralised UniFi video and access deployments.
- Storage drives and retention requirements should be planned for the required camera count and recording workload.
- The ENVR can support 70 x 4K cameras or 210 x full-HD cameras recording simultaneously, and stores this footage by virtue of its 16 x HDD / SDD bays.
- For redundancy and resilience, the ENVR features 2 x hot-swappable PSUs to ensure that the surveillance network can still operate even in case of power failure, and can also utilise its multiple HDD/SSDs to support RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Discs) storage technology to protect against data loss.
