With the Aeotec Recessor you can integrate the Aeotec MultiSensor 6, MultiSensor 7 or TriSensor into the ceiling - almost invisible. Immediately, the detection area for the multi sensor (i.e. motion and light intensity) is enlarged.

The Aeotec Recessor is a passive mounting accessory for fitting selected Aeotec multisensors into a wall or ceiling aperture. Current Aeotec documentation lists compatibility with MultiSensor 6, MultiSensor 7, TriSensor and TriSensor 8. Its spring clips hold the assembly in a 75mm opening, and the sensor angle can be adjusted by up to 30 degrees.

No sensor, radio or power supply is built into the Recessor. Check ceiling depth, cable clearance and access for future battery replacement before cutting. USB cabling can pass through for MultiSensor 6 or 7 where appropriate. Avoid fire-rated or asbestos-containing surfaces unless the work has been professionally assessed.
