This smart valve allows for accurate adjustments either via the rotatable dial with a built-in display, or by setting up a custom heating schedule in the free Shelly app to ensure your home is comfortably warm when needed while minimising energy consumption when you're away. Additionally, the boost mode rapidly raises the room temperature, bringing the room up to temperature more rapidly than traditional controls. With native Bluetooth compatibility, the Shelly BLU TRV can be effortlessly paired with the Shelly app for a quick and hassle-free setup, and can integrate through Bluetooth with external sensors like the Shelly BLU H&T Bluetooth temperature and humidity sensor, or the Shelly BLU Door and Window Sensor, creating a fully smart heating and cooling system. For extended connectivity, the TRV can also connect to the Shelly network via WiFi using the included Shelly Gateway. Powered by two included AA batteries, the TRV is designed for efficiency, offering up to two years of battery life with its low battery profile.
