The TP-Link Omada ER706W-4G AX3000 Gigabit VPN Router is an ultra-flexible business class router solution, designed for handling extremely high-intensity networks with its ultra-high throughput of 2.4Gbps at 5Ghz and 574Mbps at 2.4Ghz. Also featured are the latest WiFi 6 technologies, including HE160, OFDMA, and 1024 QAM to ensure seamless connectivity even when faced with bandwidth-hungry applications like HD video streaming or large file transfers, and a Nano SIM slot for built-in 4G+Cat6 connectivity for up to 300Mbps, ideal for redundancy or failover in deployments where connectivity is mission-critical. The unit includes six Gigabit Ethernet ports for flexible ultrafast wired connection: 1x Gigabit SFP WAN/LAN Port, 1x Gigabit WAN Port, and 4 x Gigabit LAN/WAN Ports. The five external high-gain detachable antennas extend and concentrate WiFi coverage, and the ER706W-4G AX3000 is also equipped with Omada Mesh technology, being able to natively and seamlessly connect to Omada access points that support mesh technology such as the EAP773 for guaranteed 100% coverage of even the most complex spaces. The ER70GW is also capable of self-healing, to ensure uninterrupted connectivity even if one access point is disrupted. Security remains a priority of TP-Link's core design process, and the ER706W-4G is no different, sporting a sophisticated range of security measures and protocols such as multiple VPN protocol support (IPSec / SSL / Wireguard / PPTP / L2TP VPN) to establish remote connections more flexibly and an abundance of security features like defence against DOS attacks, IP/MAC/URL filtering and an advanced suite of firewall policies.
