To simplify your installation, the device supports 24V passive PoE input on Port 1 and provides a software-selectable 24V passive PoE passthrough on Port 10.

This allows you to power an additional device, such as an airMAX base station, directly from the router, reducing the need for extra power adapters and cabling.

At the heart of the ER-10X is a dual-core 880 MHz MIPS1004Kc processor, supported by 512 MB of DDR3 RAM and 512 MB of NAND flash storage.

This hardware configuration enables the router to handle up to 260,000 packets per second with a total line rate of 1 Gbps.
The EdgeRouter 10X is fully compatible with the Ubiquiti Internet Service Provider (UISP) management platform.
