The UDR7 is an upgraded, WiFi 7 successor to Ubiquiti's popular and versatile UDR, but featuring a rich and varied suite of upgraded and new features and capabilities. Its wireless capacity has been upgraded to support tri-band WiFi 7 up to an aggregate speed of 10.5 Gbps for over 300 simultaneous connections, and it features six spatial streams across the 2.4, 5 and 6GHz frequency bands with DL/UL MU-MIMO antenna arrangements to maximise performance in client-dense areas. In addition to its WiFi capabilities, the UDR7 also features dual-WAN ports - 1 x 2.5G RJ45 and 1 x 10G SFP+ - as well as 3 x 2.5GbE RJ45 LAN ports to create dependable high-speed wired local networks. Notably, one of these RJ45 ports can support PoE-Out, providing compatible devices with both power and network connectivity through a single ethernet cable with up to 15.4W power budget. The UDR7 also features a MicroSD expansion slot and includes a pre-installed 64GB microSD card for storing surveillance footage recorded by UniFi Protect IP cameras. The UDR7 supports a rich portfolio of security features and protocols such as an application-aware layer 7 stateful firewall, content filtering, and built-in ad-blocking. This router is also compatible with all UniFi applications, delivering an easy and intuitive management interface across an entire Ubiquiti installation.
