With the Water Leak Sensor you are well prepared to identify leaks the moment that they happen. The Water Leak Sensor can detect leaking water from multiple angles, enabling early intervention and damage reduction.

Slim design.

Thanks to its slim and compact design, the Water Leak Sensor can be optimally placed in gaps to detect leaking water as early as possible. Simply place the sensor where water could leak, for example under the sink, by the washing machine pipe or underneath the bath. As soon as a water leak is detected, you will receive a notification, allowing you to act immediately. Home Automation can be utilised to trigger sirens and lights if required.

Comfortable indoor climate.

The water leak sensor can even let you know when the temperature changes in your home. Let your smart devices create a comfortable indoor climate by connecting your smart thermostat to your SmartThings App. The smart devices will do the rest for you.

Protocol:

Zigbee.

Sensing:

Detects water on the upper and lower sensing points and also reports temperature.

Purpose:

Designed for early leak detection in locations such as beneath sinks, washing machines and other likely leak points.

Requirements:

Requires a compatible Zigbee hub. SmartThings notifications and linked siren/light responses require the hub, SmartThings service and appropriately configured compatible devices.

Response:

The sensor detects and reports a leak; it does not shut off the water supply by itself.
