Eufy Security Entry Sensor

Support for all eufy products including manuals, support videos and more can be found here.

The eufy Entry Sensor monitors a door or window and reports when the two magnetic parts separate. It is designed for a compatible eufy HomeBase system, which can send an app alert and sound its siren according to the selected security mode.

The sensor uses one CR123A battery; eufy quotes up to two years of operation, although usage and temperature affect battery life. HomeBase is required and is not included. Correct alignment matters, so test the open and closed states in the app before relying on it. This is a contact sensor, not a lock or a complete alarm system, and HomeBase compatibility should be checked before adding it to an existing installation.

• Magnetic contact sensing for a door or window.

• One CR123A battery.

• Up to two years of quoted battery operation under eufy test conditions.

• Compatible HomeBase required.

• App alerts and HomeBase siren behaviour depend on the selected security mode.
