The NETGEAR GS308EP is a 8-port Gigabit Easy Smart Managed Essentials switch. It adds browser-based controls such as VLANs, QoS and IGMP snooping without moving to a fully managed enterprise switch. 8 ports provide PoE+ for compatible powered devices.
 
All eight copper ports are PoE+ capable, but the 62W figure is a shared budget rather than 30W available simultaneously on every port.
