The NETGEAR GS308PP-100EUS is a 8-port unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch for straightforward wired network expansion. It supplies standards-based PoE+ on 8 ports with a 83W (upgradeable to 123W with compatible optional PSU) shared power budget.

It is plug-and-play rather than configurable: there is no VLAN setup or cloud management. Use it where connected devices need simple Gigabit switching without managed-network features.
